I’m reaching out to explore potential collaboration on a project being built under Promptelligence, focused on ethical, privacy-first AI for high-stakes human environments.

We are developing an AI-enabled early trauma risk detection and support platform designed specifically for emergency communications professionals (911 dispatchers). The goal is not surveillance, diagnosis, or performance monitoring — but early, confidential support in a population that historically delays care due to stigma and fear of employer retaliation.

The core model is intentionally conservative and defensible:

• Participation is voluntary and opt-in

• Promptelligence operates as an independent third party

• AI detects risk patterns, not diagnoses

• Licensed, trauma-informed counselors conduct confidential outreach

• Employers receive only aggregate, anonymized workforce-level reports

• No individual-level data is ever shared with employers

This approach protects workers, reduces organizational risk, and creates a model that can actually be adopted without collapsing under legal, ethical, or cultural resistance.

Who I’m Looking to Connect With

For technical collaborators:

• Experience building HIPAA-compliant AI/ML systems

• Secure cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Interest in human-centered, explainable AI

• Comfort working in regulated, high-stakes domains

For investors / strategic partners:
